Scott works as a dispute resolution consultant and mediator with the Dispute Resolution Office, with the Saskatchewan Ministry of Justice and has helps families and organizations have difficult conversations and to help develop strategies to assist them in reaching agreement or understanding. Scott has 22 years’ experience in the community and government as a mediator, trainer, facilitator, coach, and dispute resolution consultant. His experience includes working with families with significant or high conflict situations often including trauma and other personal challenges.
When Scott is not at work he is likely involved in the community or enjoying playing strategy games with family and friends. Scott’s number one weakness is Slurpees.
