Katherine has practiced exclusively in the area of Family Law for over 35 years, providing a full range of services from initial consultations to advice, mediation, negotiations and appearances at all levels of Court proceedings- dealing with matters pertaining to parenting, child support, spousal support, property division, trusts, pensions and equalization issues. Katherine's extensive familiarity with all aspects of Family Law allows her to provide effective mediation and generate practical and realistic options for settlement. Katherine is also an advisor with the Law Society of Ontario's Coach and Advisor Network (CAN) and a mentor with the Advocates' Society. She is a regular contributor to seminars at the University of Ottawa Law School.
