Those who aspire to join the FMC Faculty must be a current FMC member, certified with FMC and/or considered an expert in their field.
FMC Faculty offerings operate on a shared revenue model to cover expenses. After administrative costs, FMC retains 40% of the revenue and the Faculty member receives 60%. Time spent on preparation of the curriculum is not compensated.
Those who wish to join the FMC Faculty are invited to submit a proposal including:
- Resume and cover letter
- Proposed course description with learning objectives (see suggestions below)
- Letter of recommendation from a certified member of FMC or expert in the field
Proposals may be submitted here.
Once approved, the program and its availability will be posted on the website and, if applicable, made available on the online platform.
We recommend you include the following:
- Introduction / Purpose of the Training
- Proposed Course Title and Number of Hours
- Learning Objectives
- Intended Audience
- Training Structure, Delivery Format and Duration
- Overview of Modules
- what is the main topic of each module
- what “interactive” components will be included
- what sort of “assessment” will be included
- Recommendation for pricing (note: this will be determined/finalized by our Education Committee)

- Proposed Timeline
